This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not collect personal data through forms. Fonts and images are served from this website, not third parties. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use your name, contact details and anything you send to respond, prepare quotes and deliver our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where we work together, performing our contract with you.
Sharing
We share personal data only where needed to deliver our services, for example with IT, email and accounting providers, insurers and professional advisers, or where the law requires it. Where providers process data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Project and accounting records are kept for as long as needed for our contracts, insurance and legal obligations, typically up to seven years after a project ends.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email info@nhenergy.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
